About the land

We have purchased 28 acres in Marshall, NC ( 30 minutes from Asheville). As of October 2026, the land is undeveloped. However, we have funding secured for initial infrastructure and are headed to county for subdivision approval in November. We hope to have roads and wells complete by January, with home construction able to start in early spring 2027.
